For this project, Johns and Bhatia Engineering Consultants completed the structural design for a new warehouse and a renovation to an existing shop building. The warehouse is a concrete and steel framed structure, and the renovation of the shops building was the design of a new steel mezzanine level. This project is located in a significant seismic zone so the warehouse structure was designed to resist those loads.
